1.壓差低于最小工作壓差時，閥芯全開，與孔板功能一致，流量隨壓差增大而增大（圖1）When the pressure difference is lower than the minimum working pressure difference, the valve core is fully opened, which is consistent with the function of the orifice plate, and the flow increases with the increase of the pressure difference (Fig. 1)

2.壓差在工作壓差范圍內時，閥芯根據系統壓差的變化改變開度，保證設計流量在±5%的偏差范圍內變化（圖2）RETZ When the pressure difference is within the working pressure difference range, the valve core changes the opening according to the change of the system pressure difference to ensure that the design flow changes within the deviation range of ± 5% (Fig. 2)

3.壓差大于工作壓差時，閥芯開度最小，與孔板功能一致，流量隨壓差增大而增大（圖3）When the pressure difference is greater than the maximum working pressure difference, the opening of the valve core is the smallest, which is consistent with the function of the orifice plate. 安裝說明 Installation instructions

1.根據閥門選型正確使用閥門，避免用錯流量及壓差 Use the valve correctly according to the valve selection to avoid wrong flow and pressure difference

2.注意系統管道排氣，系統存氣，可能會引起介質堵塞、調節功能失效、或噪聲過大 Pay attention to the exhaust of the system pipe and the air in the system, which may cause medium blockage, regulation function failure or excessive noise

3.該閥門可水平安裝亦可垂直安裝，安裝過程中應注意介質流向，方向裝反會失去功能 The valve can be installed horizontally or vertically. Pay attention to the flow direction of medium during installation. If the direction is reversed, it will lose its function

4.閥門進水端建議加過濾器或清洗管路，可避免大顆粒雜質堵塞閥門控制元件 It is recommended to add a filter or clean the pipeline at the water inlet end of the valve to avoid blocking the control element of the valve with large particles

5.注意檢測孔的保護，碰掉或變形會引起泄露或以后的維護困難 Pay attention to the protection of the inspection hole. If it is touched or deformed, it will cause leakage or later maintenance difficulties
